Since early 2020, TSVLive Management starts a social response program for smule live jam user as we called it “Bantuan Sosial / Bansos”. This program was initiated by Mom Win, in the time of Covid-19 Epidemic started in March 2020, to cares each other, to support, to help smule live jam user, who economically need support, by providing basic food needs, such as : rice, sugar, cooking oil, eggs and instant noodles, delivered directly to the address of registered smule live jam users and or person/s appointed need to be help.
This program specifically held to support Indonesian smule live jam user only, means that only Indonesian smule live jam user may proposed to or appointed by the TSVLive, to receive the “Bansos Package”, using the smule ID as apply, one Smule ID one Package. Before we send the package there is some confirmation may needed to get approval. The Indonesian smule user may use the package for themselves or may give the package to others who truly need help lived around user neighborhood.
Even though Indonesia is a wide nation, from Sabang to Merauke, We will do our best to deliver the package to receiver address. We have a lot of Distribution Agents across the Indonesia, we also have cooperation to each local store that may have possibility to send the package to receiver address.
We already sent about 170 packages to all around Indonesia. We hope we can continue this program to support others while this Covid-19 epidemic period.
